Thanks, we have had so much trouble with there service, so we canceled with them, but unfortunantly have pending payments with them that seem to be lost.

I have had several bidders indictae in the Winning Bidder Response that they would pay using c2it, but then their payments have always come in either Billpoint or Paypal. I have received $10.00 from c2it as credits that I think are referral fees, but no actual auction payments.

For a company as strong and large as CITIBANK they should be embarrassed and ashamed of the piece of crap they spewed on the internet.

Ugly interface

Shoddy navigation

Plenty of errors

Why there needs to be a pop-up to look at anything in your account..........i dunno

No details or chance to leave details on why or what for you are sending money/payment. A tiny little box doesnt cut it while they claim to want to be in the auction payment business.

God forbid you ever need to go back and look remind yourself of what any specific transaction was about. Absolutely nothing to look back on for any transactions in your history. Even the stuff a customer filled out at the time they sent the money gets wiped away once it goes to your history.

Forcing me to play email volleyball needlessly with my customer.

And to top it off I have recieved about 8 pieces of mail to my home. None of them having a real point.

If I have future customers who want to use it fine I'll accept it since it is free but I will not be heavily pushing their piss-poor product.
