Yeah, watch....you wont hear anything now. This is what paypal does....they give you the runaround, and ask for further information, and then when you provide it, they disappear.
Cretins.

Paypal has issued a warning that they may be shut down by court order in the Cert case. I wonder if the company has sent an email to its users? Also E*Trade is not offerring PAYPAL shares in its IPO because of this announcement. Paypal reminds me of an Enron or Global Crossings dotcom. My personal experience with Paypal is that i faxed my Bank Account statement, my drivers license and my electric bill. what happens the dumb asses then ask me for a credit card statement for my debit card? Its a bank card and regardless I think after providing more than enough information for any Id leech to steal my identity a hundred times over that they should have been statisfied. Shoot, I have never been through so much hassle before in my life, when dealing with a company, and that includes my dealings with credit collections, banks, and the US government. All those institutions provide better customer service than Paypal!

Hey Paypal...continue to ignore, silence is truly GOLDEN when it comes to the gross negligence class action law suit that is brewing in many states against you. Not to mention just exactly how long do you think you can remain in your line of business pissing off this many account holders. The army is growing daily and our combine forces will shut down your business until you get your act together. It is a fact Paypal that you cannot to continue to operate as you are at the expense of your account holders. WE WILL SEE TO THIS...some people do not just go away when they have been done wrong and see an injustice such as Paypal allows to happen daily. The complaints filed against you from the BBB to the FTC to the FBI to the capital building is so outrageous that it is only a matter of time before our government will be force by the American people to step forward and shut you down. I for one will be at that capital building to testify against your practices. So go ahead and continue to ignore because all you do is throw more gas on the fire and people like me will stick around to see you burn yourself out and watch your ashes blow in the wind. Your not the first company this has happened to, nor will you be the last...your just a passing fad...

I'm sure there will be many people there with their gas cans. Any company with customer service like PayPal is destined to fold.

Hi maple125,
You will not qualify for the insurance supplement if you have already filed a chargeback with the credit card company. You are getting your money back from the credit card company (the notes already indicate that you have filed a chargeback).

Hi Paypaldamon,
Ebay email me and said they will directly deposit the insurance money to my bank account and they also told me I can use the email that indicating judgment in my favor to claim the Paypal insurance.
Without the paper letter from ebay, can I use the email from ebay and my bank account record to claim the Paypal insurance?
