Damon my account [email protected] is locked and I need your assistance in getting it unlocked. I live with my parents and the phone is is their name and I do not have any credit cards that match what I had on file. I would like to offer paypal as an option for my auctions but if you can't help me get the account unlocked I will not be able to offer paypal.

Oh, I have an idea why it is locked. I think it has something to do with me taking out all my money from the account after they finally returned the money I sent someone for tickets they never even had. Only took them a year and a half to do it.

Be glad you got your money. I would just tell PayPal to KMA and never use them again. You're just destined to have problems down the road anyway. Just think about it. A company that has your money and doesn't even want to give you a phone number. Ever do business with a bank that hid from you?

Ahh but there are times I need to use PayPal because I am on a survey panel that only pays via Pay Pal. I have lost about $20.00 in surveys that I couldn't claim the money on because the account is locked. Damon is helping me and it looks like I can get this sorted out with his help.

You are a grown person able to make your own decisions and I hope the ones you make are the right ones. Personally I think we would all be better off if they just did us all a huge favor and went bankrupt.

If you navigate throught the Paypal site until you get to contact information, they have an (800) phone number for customer service. Any time that I have a problem, or one of my customers has a problem, with Paypal, I send them to the number. It has worked wonders. You CAN talk to a real person, 24/7. And their customer service people actually do provide customer service. Their phone and customer service are the main reasons I use Paypal insteand of other services.

The 800 number should be right on the front page and easier to find. CS reps should be able to solve problems while on the phone instead of just going through the same stuff all over again
If the account is restricted, it should not take so long to get unrestricted.

well if you want to keep using payponzi that's up to you but your probably gonna have more problems seeing that a survey is not a tangible good.
But what I can't understand is why people use them when their terms are loaded with this stuff

Yes he's off on weekends. His job is very stressful being the only man in America employed just to sit at a computer and "help" people. Or is it doing damage control for the internet company with the worst reputation. Sometimes I feel sorry that this job is the only thing he's qualified for.
