I have not used my account for a while. I recently logged into my account and found that it was restricted. No reason given. I got to help section and sent multiple emails inquiries and yet received any responses from paypal.
I had also signed up with paypal money market with positive balance and continued to earn interest.

Good luck. Damon will answer you when he gets good and ready. You will find out that PayPal's customer service leaves a lot to desire. Hope you get your problem fixed before PayPal gets your money.

Just a quick follow up - I just filed a complain with the SEC as all of my fund automatically invested in Paypal Money Market. Therefore, this will fall under SEC rules. At the present time, I am not able to move my move out of the account to higher yield. Essentially, I am force to continue to invest in paypal fund at 1.91% yield.
I am hoping to hear back from paypal soon to address the restricted account. Papaldamon, could you kindly look into this as I want this account un-restricted asap. Again, my account is [email protected].

I'm sure Damon will be along shortly with one of his usual copy and paste BS responses that will not help you at all. Most of the time he is as worthless as the company he represents. Good Luck.......

Cutting and Pasting time again. Contact the Attorney General of your state, Nebraska, and California. I do not know if they can help if you have sold anything that used paypal. The can help you on a Consumer transaction. If you have sold then it becomes a business to business transaction

Its been 2 days now and no Damon, Just goes to show how little PrayPal cares for their customers. Thats why I'll never do business with them again, their horrible customer service. Oh yeah, and the fact that they never, ever, under any circumstances, do anything wrong, just ask them and they'll tell ya. LOL!!!

The fund in my paypal account is from the refund purchased using paypal debit card. The vendor had refunded the money due to problem with lost package.
This has nothing to do with purchase. Paypal action is clearly a conversion of my money. paypaldamon, if you read this message, I am escalating this matter to higher up authorities and intend to setup a site, along with posting messages to all forums to get the matter resolve.

Payponzi might be in America but they are UnAmerican.
Paypal has now taken to threatening our right to freedom of speach.
Read how their lawyers threaten others that express themselves. I do
not own this site, but I will vigorously support it. Please take the
few minutes to go to this link and read about paypal's tactics. We are joining forces and you can help. Join us.
