above is a link to ING DIRECT BANKING , it is a virtual bank...here is how it works.....you and your client join ING DIRECT then you take money from your physical bank account and place it into your ING BANK account, tell your ING BANK to put money into your client's ING BANK account and your client in return takes from his ING BANK account and puts it into his own physical bank account.....ok when i say "physical " i mean a actual building that is a bank... the ING BANK has no buildings....it is a virtual bank....now this will not work for overseas transactions or country to country tranactions unfortunatly,...call them and ask questions....just another way of making payment.....have a look and you decide......i use it in canada, and it works fine for my canadian clients.....wish i could use it for my american and european clients....

if you ship usps with delivery confirmation,you can ask usps to take money from your physical bank,hold it until dc is swiped ,then deposit it in your seller account.
does ING accept credit card deposits??
see ING,usps all require money up front,you must have that cash in your bank account.
