Here we go again! PAYPAL screws up once again! This time, I decided to actually ATTEMPT to call the service center up on the phone, but the representative I dealt with did not have the "ability" to unrestrict my account.

When I logged into my paypal account, I found it restricted because of customer complaints that have not been resolved. The thing is, I resolve all complaints the same day I receive them, and all of my complaints have been resolved. So Paypal restricted my account for no reason but to collect interest for themselves!

Not to mention, I already have $2,700 on a "ROLLING RESERVE" that paypal does not let me touch, just in case customers complain. (They say I will get that back in 6 months)So they added the other 900 that I was about to send to my bank account, to cover my costs.

So once again, I will complain on a public forum, because it seems as if this is the only way to actually get things done with Paypal. Calling them up is a waste of time.

Someone PLEASE HELP! I am losing sales, customers, and precious time, and I am a poor college student that is just trying to pay his tuition!

Joey

JOEY, I have a question? Do you remember when they restricted your account and your girl friend's? If not, I do. Many people including myself suggested you close your account and have your girl friend do likewise, when you got your money back but you didn't.

When PAYPONZI unrestricted the accounts you went back to bed with them. You didn't care about the others who were having problems with them.

"Someone PLEASE HELP! I am losing sales, customers, and precious time, and I am a poor college student that is just trying to pay his tuition!"

Just remember "first time is their fault second time is YOUR fault".

Sorry if I sound unsympathic to you cry's of losing sales and poor student (is it a lexus you drive ?). but when they teach you in school that "He who stands alone--------
then you'll understand.

The mis-information that PayPal gives you regarding the rolling reserve is that it allows you to take a complaint without the fear of having the account restricted. However, the rolling reserve is used to protect PayPal's Risk.

Even though you stated that you have taken care of all the complaints, the Merchant Fraud department my have caused the restriction.

Yeah I understand, but the thing is, Without paypal, sales are simply slower. I already tried to close my account, but it just was not as profitable.

I have helped a number of people that have complained on this message board, so I have done my part.

The reason I vent on this message board is because it seems as if this is the only way to get a Paypal problem resolved. When I call them up, the customer service reps have NO IDEA what they are doing. All they say is that they will email a REQUEST to some other department, that is supposed to get back to me, but they never to.

When I email them, I can only imagine where my emails end up........

And yeah, i sold my car to my cousin, the economy is horrible, I cant find a job anywhere, so this is my only hope to paying my way through school and paying my bills. Every other month though, I have a new problem with PAYPAL. Customers are just used to Paypal, and are hesitant to giving out credit card information online to a company they dont trust.

Paypal has managed to scam the whole world, what can we do about it? I reported them to the FBI the last time I had my account restricted, so I am going to do it again now.

are you selling electronic goods?
are you using drop shippers??
are items as described??
if you are using drop shippers,do they ship promptly??
and before i ask if your drop shippers ship promptly,do you forward the payments promptly??
it sounds like your problem is not paypal,it is your customers who are not happy with either your service or your products??
(or not happy with your drop shippers products or service or both)

Hey Ramo, why don't you call up their main corporate office or if its a "fight to the end" attitude that you've now, perhaps you may consider flying to their head office and make a scene to see the big boss or second big boss in person so they know that this is A SERIOUS PROBLEM or check up with consumer rights groups to help you out .Last resort would be to get them to court. Don't feel helpless just becus you're a student. You are an american individual with FULL legal rights so it doesn't matter if you are going against a major corporation because as long as you've a real cause, then somehow justice will be served.Perservance and courage are the keys!
