I had them do that me. They froze $17,000 in my account. I called them 10 times a day, and finally after a month, and a half, they put a "rolling reserve" on my account, and unrestricted my account again. there are numerious class action lawsuits againts paypal too. You might want to visit www.paypalwarning.com . This site is fairly helpful, and you can also get the names of the lawyers who filed the suit, from that website.
