I'm a seller and, yes, also a buyer. I believe I will NEVER receive 2 pair of Birkenstocks from a German seller called Gernot that I purchased in an Ebay auction. Anyone had a problem with them? I sent a money order to Germany 3 1/2 weeks ago......THEN, discovered that their ad that I bought the shoes from now has them listed as UNREGISTERED. Also, they don't answer my email. What are my choices to recoup my money, get my shoes or press charges for this fraud? As a seller, I have NO negative feedback.

I haven't bought from them, but went looking for the seller ID, and saw they are registered again.. you can at least leave them a negative feedback!
You can also send them e-mails asking for the receipt, so that you can see if they read the e-mail or not...
