You called and called? What number? Anyway the number is 1 888 221 1161. It can be found by looking at the top right hand corner HELP and then just sift through the garbage. Once I got satisfaction and once I got 0. Good Luck.

paypal is very popular on ebay and we sellers like to eat,so we accept paypal.
of course the best is for all our bidders to pay us with money order via bidpay.
think of all the money we save by making the bidder pay for sending us a money order .

OK, I called and called that customer service number, only to get different people that have no idea what to do. They tell me someone will "email me" with a response. It's been weeks, and the money is sitting in my PAYPAL account....what ever happened to mr Paypal Damon, does he still hang here?

Good luck getting your money from them. You will not see it for a LONG time. I had $72,000.00+ stuck in their "rolling reserve" for the longest time. Oh yes, it has been well over a year and a half.
Finally, I forced them into returning about $40,000.00 to my customers, by asking customers do to chargebacks. They received like 50 chargebacks in like one day, and I told my bank, not to let them withdraw funds from my bank account. So, obviously the credit card companies honor chargebacks, and they pulled it out of paypal's account, inturn paypal deducted it from my paypal account. This way, so far they refunded about $40,000.00. I did not want to go this route, but I had no choice. They suspended my account, but I could care less.
Here is a direct number, for Brian at paypal. This was the guy who put a "rolling reserve" on my account, and he talked like he was a big shot at paypal. So maybe he'll help you, but he is rude as hell. His number is (650)251-1132 (this number worked when the reserve was put on my account, it might be disconnected now).
The other number I have is 888-215-5506, someone usually always answers on the second ring, during business hours M-F.

No ma'am, that is not how it happened. They do put rolling reserves on all high volume accounts. Atleast that is what I have been told by Paypal. So, no, they did not pick my name out of the blue, but because I had a high volume account. The only problem was, they did not release the funds after 6 months, like they promised.
thank you

Well goshes & gollywoompers, chicker-monkees, that's not what I've heard!
Does it make sense to you that PayPal would do this to its BESTEST customers? Those who pay them the most fees?
Not hardly! Perhaps you misunderstood why they threw a rolling reserve on yer account? It's usually because of a pattern of (to be polite) "unusual" transaction practices??
I always get a hoot out of these "horror stories" and the critical issues the authors seem to conveniently leave out!
Have a nice day...madam!
