I paid for an auction on Ebay and never received it!! Emailed them 7 times with no response. Just checked his feedback and someone just posted "...has my money, but never sent me my....". As a seller you can file a non-paying bidder report, as a buyer....you can do something only if it is over $25.00!! Basically, I am screwed! Any advice from anybody??

My friend sent a check for $35 and wrote the seller for 2 months asking for his item. Seller ignored all emails & buyer asked me for advice. I wasn't sure, I said send him an email that you are calling the cops and D.A. in his town to press theft charges. We did a web search & got the real phone/addresses to put in the email to show we were serious. Seller sent a response & apology within 20 minutes.
