Once again we missed out on an eBay special because Vendio can't get their act together to handle the traffic. We have auctions that lauched much later than scheduled and others that did not launch at all.
I have 4 Vendio accounts and between the four am paying around 400.00 per month for what is often minimal service. Is Vendio going to offer some compensation for this latest foul up or are they going to just ignore it as usual?

I agree, I have written Vendio Support services and have asked for refunds for the higher fees I will end up paying , since my ebay auctions did not launch yesterday. I didnt wait untill the last minute either to put them on, they had an extra 4 hours beyond my scheduled launch time to get it done. I waited and put my expensive items on too.

listed 75 items for 9 pm eastern time launch. 7 listed by 12:30 am so canceled rest. Many mega high end. So am out time and potential sales. As for Stinkio er Vendio all I can say is "Monsieur, votre maison de commerce es desegreable et j'ai depense mon temp follement"

Appears Vendio is ignoring all posts that mention the words "refund" or "compenstation" for thier failure to perform.

Just shows how much they stand behind their own product. And how much they care about their customers. Smells like something eBay would do.
