Do all of the items my customer purchases get automatically combined for one payment? I know how to do this manually, but how can I guarantee that this happens when I'm sleeping?
You can automate this process for your buyers.
From the My Account - Global Preferences page, check the settings you have in place for the following options:
Shopping Cart - be sure this one is still enabled.
Auto-Combine Eligibility - this is where you can specify within how many days must an auction have ended to be eligible for automatic combination upon buyer checkout.
