My eBay store listing 190098829740 is showing that it has been viewed 166 times. I seriously doubt the accuracy of the count, for a number of reasons, and wonder what the problem may be. A more accurate count would be maybe 10-15 and that would be highly optimistic. I believe it jumped so high sometime last night if that helps.
Many Thanks!

Hello,

The counter is valid, but you had selected the style of counter as 'simple' - which means it will count a single person every time the page is refreshed/loaded.

Yesterday it tracked 157 hits, which many were likely from a single person with a browser issue causing it to rack up such a high number.

Note that you can click that little arrow beside the item title to get a breakdown of the daily counter stats - as well as a reminder of the counter style (simple Vs smart.)

Regards,
Christopher

I have an item that shows only 1 hit (in Vendio) in the 6 days that it has been running. Yet, I have 3 watchers on eBay.

How do you think that happens? I find the Vendio counters to be eratic and not of much use to me.

Hello,

I took a look at this listing and I was not able to locate the counter information for this listing in your list of active counters. It appears that the counter was deleted (or part of the HTML code was revised). This may have happened on April 13th when the listing was revised a couple of times. Please add a new counter to the listing. In order to do this you will also need to add an image. You may do this by going to "Image Hosting" --> select the image --> click "Attach" --> select "Attach with Counter" --> click "Attach" --> select the counter information and continue --> select "eBay" and "Existing Auction" and "Continue" --> enter the listing number and click "Continue". Please let us know if you continue to have trouble with this.

Regards,
Nathan

I don't trust the Vendio counter either. I have looked for other solutions, and I found one that works better. I won't mention who in this forum, due to respect for Vendio.
