How do I stay member but not pay any monthly fees. I am thinking of stopping ebay for a while and want to know how to stay a member and be able to post on forums but not have any monthly fees. I know all images will have to be deleted I currently have just the 5 megs storage and pay as you go? plan. cost of $4.95 month. How do I unchoose a plan? I want to stay a member for when I get back to selling.
Thanks

Hello,

Please use the following instructions to do this. If you have any difficulty, please send an email to [email protected] from your registered email address and we will do this for you.

First, log in and go to Image Hosting. Click the Zoomstream folder in the lefthand navigation bar. If there are any images in the Zoomstream folder, please delete them before taking the steps below.

Next, go to My Account -> My Service Plans. You will see a section at the top that lists all of the service plans that you are currently signed up for. For all services EXCEPT Sales Manager:

- If there is a link next to the service plan that says "see other plans", click this link and scroll to the bottom of the page. Click the "discontinue..." link to discontinue the plan (be sure to fill out and submit the short survey.)

- If there is a link next to the service plan that says "discontinue...", click this link to discontinue the plan (be sure to fill out and submit the short survey.)

For Sales Manager, click the "see other plans" link. You will have the option on this page to switch to the Pay As You Go plan. Under the Sales Manager Pay As You Go plan, there is no monthly subscription fee. If you would like to retain your account and information stored on our servers, you should consider switching to this plan rather than closing your account entirely. Doing this will hold your account information if you think you may use the account at some point in the future.

If you do not want your account to be held for you, please write back using the Email form on our website (located under the Help menu at the top of the page), and choose the Account Cancellation option from the drop-down menu (or send an email to [email protected] and enter Immediate Closure in the subject line of your email.) Make sure you send the request from your registered email address.

Please let us know if you have any trouble with this.

Regards,
Nathan

Thanks, I canceled the image hosting and kept the pay as you go, so when I want to get back to selling I can just reup the hosting. Oh one other question, If I keep the pay as you go plan but not the image thing can I still use the offline SMPro to list since it is a pay as you go thing now? Just curious how that worked not having images, I know some people use other storage just didn't know if they could still use the offline software or not.

Thanks a lot and I will be around on the boards to keep up with what is going on. I plan to hopefully start selling again after summer. Will be a first in the whole 8 plus years I have sold using Vendio. Vacation time! Would have been lost without the ease of Vendio services.....

Hello,

You can still list through SM Pro with only the Sales Manager Pay As You Go plan and no Image Hosting (as you can with our online Sales Manager, and with any Sales Manager plan). The main limitation is that you would not be able to attach an eBay gallery image at the time that you list. Also, in order to include images they would have to be hosted elsewhere on the internet. You would then have to reference the URL for the images within your listing description HTML code.

Have a great vacation! We hope to see you back soon.

Regards,
Nathan
