This morning 10 of my items failed to launch to eBay. Nothing has changed with my listing format, and some of these items were relistings that went through fine the 1st time. Has anything changed? Words? Format? The below is the error message from eBay.

The venue ebay has possibly returned the following message:

1. Error 10007: Internal Failed to the application.
* Internal error to the application.

# If this message indicates you must "put a credit card on file", please click here to verify your ebay account is up to date.
# If this message indicates "failed in payment methods", please click here and select at least one payment type
# If this appears to be a problem related to ebay, please check here

Hello,

Are you getting this error for all of your listings, or only some of your listings?

If you are only getting this error for only some of your listings, please provide us with a recent example (launched after this problem started) that you were able to launch successfully.

This error usually indicates a problem on your eBay account, or on eBay's end (but not always). If you are receiving this error for all of your listings, please try to launch a test listing directly through eBay, and let us know the results.

Regards,
Nathan

All of my items as of 4/4 have not launched, with the same error message from eBay:

Error 10007: Internal error to the application.

* Internal error to the application.

Items listed before 4/4 have gone through just fine. I haven't changed a thing in my listings.

I don't know what the "internal error" means - whether it's Vendio or eBay. My unlaunched items are still in my pending file.

Hello Dianne,

Thank you for the information. At this time it appears that there is a problem on eBay's end (or that they have recently changed something). I do not know yet for sure if that is the case, and this issue has been escalated to our engineers so that they can take a look. I will let you know once we have more information from them.

The problem occurs when fixed domestic shipping is offered with calculated international shipping, and shipping costs are being specified for eBay checkout.

In the meantime, you can workaround the problem by doing one of the following:

1. Offer calculated domestic shipping.

-or-

2. Offer fixed international shipping.

-or-

3. Uncheck the box on your main listing form for "I am specifying shipping costs for eBay checkout".

Regards,
Nathan

Yes, your last suggestion was it. I just "undid" what I had to "do" the last time this error message appeared - and yes, it is eBay.

Thanks, Nathan

Hello Dianne,

Thank you. Our engineers have also confirmed that this is a problem on eBay's end (eBay has acknowledged the problem internally). They do not have an eta for resolution at this time. I will post back here if any additional information becomes available.

Regards,
Nathan

Hello,

I just wanted to note that this problem has now been resolved by eBay. If anyone is still having this problem, please post an example so that we can take a look.

Regards,
Nathan

Hello,

This is a similar (but different) problem to the one that is described above. The listings do return the error 36, but they are in fact successful. eBay has also acknowledged that this is a problem on their end. They have provided an eta of April 20th for resolution. In the meantime our engineers are attempting to develop a workaround for this problem. I will update this message thread as soon as more information is available.

Regards,
Nathan
