I have two items in my Topical Packets Inventory which indicate incorrect inventory amounts and are not responsive to my attempts to change them.
The items are: (1) Olympics Topical Stamp Collection 200 Diff., and (2) Football (Soccer) Topical Stamp Collection 100 Diff.

Hello Bill,
Is there a particular reason that you are using Sales Manager Merchandising Edition instead of Inventory Edition? Merchandising Edition wasn't really designed for heavy use of inventory. Inventory Edition was designed for heavy use of inventory and there are ways to correct your inventory quantities in Inventory Edition when this happens. I would recommend that you consider switching to Inventory Edition. You may do this by going to "My Account" --> "My Service Plans" --> "change edition" (below "Sales Manager Merchandising Edition" ).
