I really need your XPress Image Publisher for Window Vista. What is the status of your upgrade/replacement software?
It should not be that difficult to write a script to upload pictures to Vendio in Vista.

Hello Jack,
Unfortunately, Microsoft decided not to include the Image Publisher with Vista, so it is impossible to have a Vendio XPress Image Publisher for Vista. We are currently looking at possible solutions to give you the ability to upload images in bulk to Vendio with Windows Vista, and hope to have a solution soon. I have also passed your suggestion along to the product manager.
Regards,
Nathan

The offline Sales Manager Pro software is great for adding a bunch of images simply to upload into your account, even if you don't use the tool to actually create and manage your auctions.
While there are a few little issues with getting SMPRO to run in Vista, because of Vista's seemingly system to system differences in its glitches, but it will run with a little effort and will help you avoid clicking browse to find and upload image one by one.
The above link is for an older version of the PRO software that works great for just doing image hosting. (ok, don't click to upgrade when asked during install or synch.)
Once you setup the program specifically for Vista using the provided directions, you should be able to use it without any side effects.
Try the following:
Uninstall the program and restart the computer.
When finished, try the following:
1. Download the SMPRO software, opting to save - NOT run from its current location.
2. Create a new folder on your C:\Users\Yourusername directory, it doesnt matter what you call the folder.
3. Run the installer for the SMPRO software. When you get to the part where it asks where you want to install the software to, click browse and install it into this newly created folder in your Users directory.
4. When done installing, uncheck BOTH boxes to view the read me and launch the program.
5. Restart the computer.
6. Right click the SMPRO icon, and check the box to run this application as an administrator.
7. Launch the software. - When asked, say 'NO' if it asks if you want to download your images and preferences.
8. When the program is done loading, click the Preferences button along the left side of the page. Check the box at the very bottom of this window that says 'Do not download standard images from Vendio image hosting' and save the change.
At this point you should be able to synch without error.

Has anyone tried to make Christopher's suggestion work yet? I'm timid about trying, for fear I'll mess up something in my new computer.
