Dear Sir,
Can you please tell us if there is a way of keeping sales information for more than three months ?
We quite often need to access information or notes on our clients for at least 6 months.
At present as an example we need info on a buyer who made a transaction with us in December.All the info has therefore gone.
How can we re-obtain these details.
Downloading of sales info every month at present is not an option.

Hello Paul,
The Sales Archive is where you can download a CSV file with all of these details. It saves everything except the images and description. You can see who won, how they paid, their mailing address/etc.
Click here to download your past sales in a CSV file, sorted by the date the items closed.
You can also disable the automatic archiving of sales over 3 mo old via your Global Preferences page, or by clicking here.
