Hi, I have in my ebay custom text under the heading of "Payment Instructions and Return Policy" a listing of my policy. This shows up on my auction at the bottom which is fine. But it also shows up on every ebay invoice. I would rather have that ebay invoice box free to give other information to the buyer. It is redundant as it shows twice. Once on the auction and again on the invoice. As it is right now I have to delete several lines of text from the box on the invoice so I can put in other information. Ebay only allows a certain amount of letters and I'm at the limit now.
Any suggestions on how I can keep these instructions on the auction but not on the invoice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Steve

Hello Steve,
Try moving the section where you place this information on your listings. You can remove if from where it is currently showing by going to "My Account" --> "eBay" (below "Site Specifics" ) --> "Payment Instructions & Return Policy". Then add the information to your Custom Listing Text instead. You can add this information to your Custom Listing Text by going to "My Account" --> "Custom Listing Text" --> and add it to one of the custom sections.

Hi Nathan, I had to read your message a few times before I understood what you were telling me. Now, if I do as you suggest then I believe that the info now posted under "Payment Instructions and Return Policy" will show up in the main text area of my auction. This is not very favorable to me. I have enough information in there now which comes after my item description. I think to add more would just make for too much information and be overwhelming to anyone reading my auctions. The way it is set up now the info in the "Payment" box shows up way down at the bottom of the auction. That is where I like it. I just want to not have it show up in the ebay invoice as well. Isn't there any other way to do this without it showing up in the text area of the auction. If you would look at one of my auctions under voila66 I think you would agree that there is enough info there already. Thanks, Steve

Hello Steve,
Unfortunately, there is no way to automatically remove this information from your invoices while continuing to show the information in the same position on your listings.
