I've written about this before but with all the insanity going on with the increase in postal rates, I thought it might be time to remind you once again:
In the Post Sale Express column for the ITEMS TO SHIP tab, it sure would be helpful if you would add two extra columns: 1. the actual amount paid for shipping and 2. the item destination clearly separated by zip code or country.
As it stands now, (IMHO)this page is almost useless: If I want to compare the actual cost of shipping to what the buyer paid, I must do all of this manually.
We really don't need the "Paid On" date as it wouldn't be in the ITEMS TO SHIP tab if it hadn't been paid. Final price is not necessary again because this is for shipping information, not what they paid for the item.
Perhaps the "SITE" info could be moved further to the left to make room for this additional information.
With the chaos taking place at the post office, it is critical to monitor our shipping information quickly and accurately. I'm thinking this will be of benefit to most and am looking forward to hearing other folks suggestions.
