Hi,
My inventory is AGAIN not updating in SM Inventory Edition.
Because I have one of each item and Inventory shows one item on eBay, Vendio has not started any of the auctions for weeks.
This is my forth Vendio/eBay account and I check it VERY seldom but for the last several weeks I have no items on eBay and I have been paying Vendio to manage my auctions.
Between FOUR Vendio accounts I pay several hundred dollars a month and I do not get service I pay for.
I have the same problem with my main accounts but I monitor them closely and I have multiple items that are not affected by NO-INVENTORY Sales Manger.

Hello Jack,
To be able to assist you we must first replicate what you have described. Do you have examples of this currently inside your account? Please let us know what you are seeing and we will be happy to assist you.

Ed,
Thanks for the response.
You can log to my Vendio account and see 4-6 active auctions. But actually only one auction is active on eBay.
Again, this is my fourth acount and I do not do much of anything there but SMIE is not updating inventory. I have this outgoing problem in all my accounts so it cannot be an isolated situation.
We should probably look into this issue further in your more regular accounts. The history doesn't go back far enough to see when these items were thrown off unfortunately.
For any remaining items that indicate they are at market and are not, click on that number to view the items history. At the bottom of the history window, you can override the 'at market' quantity for eBay as auction/FP/storefront.
Save the change when finished and the profiles should be able to pick up where they left off.
