I'm not terribly computer literate so this may sound silly to someone else..I apologize in advance.
Today, I had two listings removed from eBay because of the word "cash" being used. It seems that when setting up my Vendio templates I had included cash somewhere. Is there a simple way (for us simple people) that I can remove the word from all my templates at one time or do I have to do each one individually? Also, how do I remove unwanted templates completely? Thanks

If the items already on ebay you must remove it one by one unless ebay forgive you for the week , for the future go to Custom Listing Text in my account sales manager and fix your listing .

Thanks for the info...do I have to redo completely the templates that I already have created or is there a simple way to remove only the word "cash" from the template?
It just depends on where the word 'cash' was coming from.
If this was appearing as the result of your default listing text, just change that and your done.
If you entered this into your 'other' field for payment options, you will need to edit the listing prior to relist to remove this option.
