I read the announcement regarding changes to Vendio's new fee structure, and was relieved to be "grandfathered" out of the discontinuation of the image hosting credit. Presently, I get up to 55MB of storage space, and so long as I rack up at least $9.95 a month in Vendio fees (not a difficult task)I pay nothing extra for the storage.
But what happens if my storage use goes up to 56MB and I move up to the next level? Do I then lose the listing credit? How about if I delete some images and then move back down to my original level? The following paragraph sounds contradictory:
"If you choose to change plans after June 8th, you will be subject to the pricing as outlined in the Fees Policy. Please note, however, that existing Sales Manager, Tickets Manager and Store Manager customers and customers who sign up prior to June 8 will continue to benefit from Image Hosting credits (Limited Free Image Hosting) after June 8."
It says that if I change plans after June 8th, I'll be subject to the new policy. But it also says that all Sales Manager customers registered before this date will be grandfathered.
If I move up to the next level above 55MB, I'd still be a Sales Manager customer, but wouldn't this constitute a change in pricing plans?
Since you aren't changing your Sales Manager plan, you will still get the credits.
Editing your Image Hosting plan won't matter as that doesn't dictate if you get credits or not, just how much of a credit you would need to zero out the cost completely.
I hope that helps clear up the issue, let us know if you have any other questions.
To further clarify, any Vendio customers who have signed up for Sales Manager plans prior to June 8, 2007, will continue to receive Image Hosting credits for as long as their account remains active, regardless of changes to Sales Manager or Image Hosting plans. It's our way of thanking our customers who have been with us up 'til now for their continued support.

Several of us have posted "Thank Yous" on the Feedback forum for the grandfather (or "mother" ) status.
Just a couple of questions -
Where have you posted the new Fees Policy?
I also would like to confirm that in addition to being grandfathered in on the Image Hosting credits, we are also grandfathered in on the FVF charges on the SMVPP? How about the FVF on Stores? (And the free Store subscription that comes with the Power Plans?)
Thanks

ALL of your current pricing plans are grandmothered in (including the ones that you mentioned). The only way to lose your current pricing plan is by deactivating a service plan.
If you haven't already, please also refer to our announcement about this:
