WBN won't allow buyer to fill in the check out form cause I forgot to click on shipping cost when creating the auction AD that which closed with a buyer.
I tried editing and putting the customer's address in myself but couldn't (error kept saying the obvious....that the seller didn't specify a postal carrier or shipping) and despite the fact the customer bypassed Vendio and paid direcly to Paypal.
How do I click on shipping after the fact???
Customer in fact has paid in full including shipping/handling so that part is all taken care of at PayPal.
In order to do this first pull up the listing in your post-sale (by clicking on the post-sale keys). Then make sure that step number 2 is unchecked. Then click on the "Edit Checkout & WBN" icon in step number 1. Make the changes and save.
