Hello, I am getting this error message when trying to launch my auctions:Error 121: Account balance at eBay has exceeded the limit.
You will be unable to complete this request until payment is made to eBay or a credit card is put on file for automatic monthly billing with eBay.
I have checked with ebay and my account is up to date. thanks for the help,Susan

Hello Susan,
Unfortunately this is an error in the eBay system and you will need to update your info at eBay to get past this error.
Go to the eBay website, then click the 'SELL' tab at the top of the page to create a listing. In the listing process, eBay will give you this same error message (if your still getting it in Vendio) along with a method to resolve.
