Hello Eric,

You can manually track an item into your account at any time, you do not have to get someone from engineering to do this for you.

Click the 'import/track' link along the left side of the page in your Sales Manager account. From here, use the 'Track' option provided.


The next screen will look like this:


and then like this:


Once you click 'import auction' the item will become available for processing.
