I should know the answer to this, I guess my mind is just too cluttered today.

I have items which are listed on ebay through SMME. The shipping is a flat rate of $2.50. What happens if I change the shipping for the same item to $2.00 in Inventory Management and list the item to sell at Vendio store with $2.00 shipping? This would be done without creating a new inventory item. And, not changing the price to $2 on the ebay items.

Will the flat rate shipping of $2.50 still be charged when the ebay item is sold, even though the price has been change in Inventory?

I hope this all made sense.

Hello Bill,

Makes perfect sense. You can change it in inventory, and the live item will still charge the rate it was setup with initially. Obviously if you then list from that item in inventory (after making the change) it would then use the new rates.

Christopher
