Hi,
Several months ago I had requested to put my account on a hold due to an illness which needed my immediate attention. (I have been a Vendio customer for many years) My question now is, am I still "grandfathered" in with the original fee structure when I start selling again, which will probably be within a month or so?

Hello Barbara,
If you just sign up again off of the website, no, you wouldn't get the same rates as before.
You will want to email the billing department directly ([email protected]) to explain to them, and get setup on the old system.

I sent an email to Vendio's billing as you had suggested and explained to them that I had my account on hold due to illness and wanted it reinstated at the old billing rate. They got back to me and asked me what my old billing rate was? I know that I paid $2.95 per month for the image hosting, but quite honestly I don't remember what the percentage was for the final auction fee. Can you tell me, by looking up the old percentage amount? Thank you
