Some sold items have disappeard from Post Sale. They were there yesterday but now gone. Yet an item that sold in between those two is showing up. The two that have disappeared were both eBay auctions and are not paid for yet. The one that still shows was an eBay store item and has been paid for. In case that helps. I didn't check to see if there were more problems as that would take some time to do. Hopefully you can correct this soon. Thanks in advance.

Note the Announcement on the Vendio Home Page:

"Vendio Announcements
Tuesday, June 26, 2007
Vendio launches new website!
Welcome to the new Vendio website! We've listened to your comments and worked hard to bring the best of Vendio and Andale to one integrated site. As a result, we're proud to introduce improved services to help you sell, as well as Vendio Solutions—packages that solve your most frequent selling needs."

Therefore, answer may be that they changed something in the NEW website which was not adequately Beta Tested and we take the brunt of their mistakes....again.

Can you imagine what would happen if EBAY did something like this.

None of my auctions that ended on the 25th are showing up in my post sale. I'm tried the import function and nothing's happening.

Same here, so relisting items unsold from yesterday the 25th is impossible!??!

And today and tomorrow eBay are running a $0.20 Gallery special. I'd like to make use of this TODAY!!!

Ditto here. All of our June 25th sales are gone from post sale. Go figure...guess I won't be processing any payments today.

The imports finally showed up, but I had some go through the Vendio check-out which only shows empty boxes. I have to click on them anyway and the info is there. When you get this fixed, will everything go back to normal? Geez, Vendio, when you screw up, you do it really BIG!!

Todays' sales seem to be posting to Post Sales, but now the PayPal payments are not posting there.

Now I find that the buyer's checkout info has disappeared, like name & address, etc. Also Saved Notes are gone. Will this info ever be retrievable???? WHAT A MESS!

Hi all,

We'll have to check with engineering to see if any of the missing data can be restored. If possible, please post some of the affected item numbers that have missing data. We will check our logs to see if the data can be retrieved and restored.

Thanks, and I am sorry about this...

Best regards,

Diana

The auction I referred to earlier which was missing the checkout info and notes is actually a duplicate listing in Post Sales. The original auction is still there with all the info, I just didn't see earlier that there were duplicates. The number is 190120812845. That's the only I see that is duplicated, but I haven't check all of them closely. Thanks for the reply.

Hello deur1,

The engineering team is checking into this part of the issue as we speak. Any examples you have to pass along would be great.

Christopher

My closed auctions have finally reverted to normal on Vendio and those mystery double lists have disappeared. HOWEVER, they are still on the eBay UNSOLD list! Not much you can do about that one!

We still have the issue of eBay fee reversal and all of us have to make certain we're not charged for these.

A costly error Vendio. Not a good opening day of your Vendio/Andale combined website. I wonder what adventures the Andale customers had!
