I have now had 33 items listed the past hour that I did not relist. They did it automatically. Some of the items are already listed so now listed twice. Tell me whats going on and how I can stop this and get my Ebay fees back.

Does anyone have personal assistance through vendio. Please call them if so! I have emailed for help, but we all know how long that can take.

I've had 11 relisted so far which I did NOT want. eBay fees + Vendio fees refunded PLEASE!!!!

'Active' listings seem to have been corrected but 'closed' from the 25th (yesterday) are missing so I cant relist the ones I do WANT to relist.
HELP!!!

I was able to go into each one of mine that was still pending and undo launch, very time consuming. Where are the moderators?

I don't know but I didn't catch mine and now have a total of 43 items posted on ebay that are either already sold, already listed or don't exsist and 1 already has a bid.

Same problems as noted here and elsewhere.

Note the Announcement on the Vendio Home Page:

Vendio launches new website!
Welcome to the new Vendio website! We've listened to your comments and worked hard to bring the best of Vendio and Andale to one integrated site. As a result, we're proud to introduce improved services to help you sell, as well as Vendio Solutions—packages that solve your most frequent selling needs."

Therefore, answer may be that they changed something in the NEW website which was not adequately Beta Tested and we take the brunt of their mistakes....again.

Can you imagine what would happen if EBAY did something like this.

Oh great! I sure hope they plan to reimburse everyone and explain to bidders what happened. Just what we need with Ebay suspending accounts right and left for minor infractions, how many negs will people get when bidders find out the item is not really for sale. Also, will the things we spend time on to list for real show up?

I actually address this issue about a month or so ago, I can't find the post now. The moderator kept giving me the run around telling me I did the relisting myself.

Here is the thread where the moderator basically tells me I'm crazy and have no complaint.

Yes relisting problems did happen in the past month. We recieved an email from Vendio stating that several listings were listed on eBay automaticaly while they were working on Vendio. They contacted eBay and removed the listings and fees were given back.

The problem was they removed all lists and relists, auction and store for that day. We had to go through 75 or so listings for that day one at a time and figure out what we did and what belonged on eBay and put them back on auction and in our eBay store. The inventory counts did not update on Vendio when eBay canciled the listings, this also made things harder to figure out. What needed to be on eBay and what did not.

I would not list anything right now. Why compound your problems.

Just to be on the safe side -- I deleted ALL my pending auctions. I loved being able to have them pending . Of course I want to be in FULL CONTROL of when they are launched.

I sure do not want them launched "by accident"

none of mine that launched were in the PENDING catagory. They were all closed.

Now legit listings are stuck in 'pending' (not launching) and any auto relist unsold auctions are stuck.

Guess that means no more wrongly listed items, but also I CAN'T list what I want to now. I had 20 wrongly listed auctions = lost $'s and being unable to list early (now) also means more lost $'s. .

We are cancelling lots that have been relisted that sold just last night and now there are another 25 lots moved to our pending folder which says processing. All of these lots sold last night already.
How are you planning to deal with all of the relisting fees on eBay,missing lots in the sold folder, time etc etc ?
