Ed or anyone there?
There were 104 in my ITEMS TO SHIP folder this morning. I printed them out and then I started getting emails back from customers stating they had already received that order last week. Sure enough, I went back thru a couple and they were already paid for and shipped. Somehow some of my orders from 6/15 and 6/16 got put back into the ITEMS TO SHIP folder. We almost double shipped these orders. There were over 50 orders like this.
My other 2 seller names were affected by this as well.
I take for granted that the items in that folder were just paid for and need shipped.
Are you aware of this? Is anyone having that issue and not noticing it?
The other issue is that nothing is showing up in my 2nd chance folder older than 6/22. I do my 2nd chances manually and I know I have some to do from listings that ended last nite.
Guys, you may want to rethink your hours of customer service. I see alot of people on the Community Board that posted early. There is a 3 hour difference between 60% of the US population and you guys. It would be nice to have someone at a call center or on chat that we could speak to early in the morning when we are all starting our business days. Just a thought.

The problem was first reported here around 6.30am. Now 2 hours later, still NOTHING from Vendio. SAD!?!??

I am noticing that in my AWAITING PAYMENT folder there are alot of items that have been paid for too. Whats up with all this?
Anyone else seeing that?

Therefore, answer may be that they changed something in the NEW website which was not adequately Beta Tested and we take the brunt of their mistakes....again.

Can you imagine what would happen if EBAY did something like this.

Vendio needs to respond. take a look at other discussions, you are NOT the only one with problems. this is a costing me time and $$$! not cool!
