I spent 2 hours today ending 106 auctions. Can you please be more specific about how Vendio plans to rectify this? Do I contact billing to get all my Ebay fees back? You tell me if I cancel them within 12 hours theres no ebay fee like I am responsable for the ebay fees. I'll do my best to fix the problem but I don't think I should be responsible for ANY fees from ebay due to this error. Are you cancelling the listings started in error? Are you contacting Ebay? Please let us know whats going on. Thanks.
We've been working all day to resolve the issue and re-stabilize the system, so we will need to ask for your help in cancelling the erroneous listings so it will be done within the 12 hour timeframe, and for your help requesting refunds for these listings from eBay. We do apologize for the inconvenience. Any Vendio fees incurred will be credited by us.
An additional note on cancelling the erroneous listings - the problem affected items that were set to auto-relist, so please check your items before you cancel them to make sure auto-relist is no longer set (otherwise, when you cancel the listings they will just auto-relist again).
Again - our apologies for this inconvenience. We realize this solution is sub-optimal.

Hello davebraun,
paulvs comment was regarding a reply to an email he had sent in to the billing department.
The process for being credited for the outage on the 26th is the same as it was before. Please reference the previous threads where you have posted on this topic for those details.
Email the billing department directly if you have any questions, [email protected].
