Anyone else having this problem.
Since they started with the Automatic Feedback I selected it for when a buyer leaves me feedback. But the stupid thing has been leaving them feedback after they PAY!
The problem with that is that people are more prone to give negative or neutral feedback when they see I can't respond in kind. I already got 2 neutral in the past week.
As of right now, your default preferences for automatic feedback are turned off. Any items launched while this setting is in place won't automatically send any feedback for your items.
If you have items where the automatic feedback was turned on and didn't leave it according to your settings at that time, please let us know the effected item number/s to check into further for you.
Out of the 29 closed listings currently in your Vendio account, only two items are showing that feedback was left for you thus far. One of them the automatic feedback wasn't setup at the time the item was launched, so none was left in return. On the other item the buyer left you a Neutral rating, so the automatic feedback stopped so you could reply to it manually.
