This combined order of ours was paid for, shipped and all that good stuff...today it showed that not even the WBN was sent....this has happened alot lately, what a HUGE problem for Vendio but mostly for our business, our customers are heated over getting payment reminders after they have received an item. Item number ORDER 941886773. Explain this please. Eric
This is fallout from the issue that we were talking about back on June the 26th. The issue where some items appeared as not being paid for or shipped when they had been.
The engineering team was able to repair most all of these items (that weren't already archived or deleted by users) - however a few combined orders may have been left. This was apparently one of them.
I checked your account but couldn't locate any others, please let us know if you come across any.
