The Vendio Complete is this spread on the Vendio home page announcing this new program .
Is there any more info on this or was this just up there to make it look good for e-bay live. I am intrested in combining my two accounts since only one works properly as it now stands

We are currently integrating the Andale and Vendio features slowly over time. No-one will lose features, but will gain features. We are doing this slowly to minimize any negative effects that might occur with a rapid integration of features. Existing users will also be able to take advantage of these tools, as we integrate them into the website.
We will post announcements on the homepage when these the new tools are available for existing users.

Thank you for posting - I think I can help clarify things a little. As you know, Vendio recently purchased Andale and we are in the process of integrating the two platforms. We have decided that going forward, we will combine the Sales Manager platform onto the Andale Lister back end (which offers multiple ID support, and some other featuers not offered by Sales Manager). Eventually, we will combine the services into a single product, but for now there are two separate versions of Sales Manager - the Vendio version and the Andale version.
The Vendio Complete promo on the home page is geared for new users, who on signup will receive the Andale version, which has the multiple ID support. Existing users, however, will only be able to use their original version for the time being.
So in a nutshell, multiple ID support is coming, but is not ready to be extended across Vendio Sales Manager versions yet. We are working toward this, and I don't have an ETA at this time but we will make announcements as it gets closer.

Hi all,
Thank you for your interest. Because the process of combining the two platforms into one is extremely complex, and we want to be very careful not to disrupt our sellers during the busy holiday season, at this point we are not planning to release the combined sales management platform until after the holidays.
We have made some progress already, as we have recently released support for Research and What's Hot (which are Andale-based services) to our Vendio customers. Also, for those users on the Andale platform, Reviser and Buyer Appreciation are now available.
The process of integrating tools that exist on two different platforms (different database structures, different coding, etc) is not something that can be rushed. We do appreciate your patience, and look forward to releasing the combined sales management tools to our customers as soon as the conditions are right.
