is there a vacation setting to suspend all auctions from starting even if they are on automatic re-list? I am going away for 4 days and would like all activity to teporarily put on hold. I could do it manually but I have close to 1000 auctions that I would have to change the auto re-list on only to have to do it all over again when I return from my trip. Thanks
We could disable your Sales Manager's ability to launch anything for now, if you wanted. This isn't really a 'hold' option though, so the items would attemp to relist and just fail into the pending section. Any scheduled items in pending would also fail.
If you want us to set it this way, let us know.
Otherwise you could cancel the auto-relist function on the items scheduled to close during that timeframe, in groups of 100 from the 'all active' page. Then go to the pending section and bulk reschedule the items set to post in that timeframe for after your return.
When you return, you could just go to post sale management and pull up the 'unsold items' to manually relist those that closed during that timeframe.
