Please provide one or two example listing numbers where you have verified that the PayPal payment has been received, but it is not reflected in Vendio.
Please be aware that I do not have access to any of your PayPal accounts. I really need an example where it has been verified that the payment was received by PayPal, but it was not reflected in Vendio.

This is an issue for most users it seems. Basically every item I have sold in the past 24 hours is affected. Almost all of my items are Immediate Payment Required and none are marked as paid!
jonhilliard: I had needed a specific example that we knew for sure had been paid for (I don't have access to your PayPal account so there is no way for me to know and verify which of your items have received PayPal payments). Another customer has provided this information in another thread and I do not need any more examples.
I have escalated this to our engineering group as a high-priority issue. We are actively evaluating the issue and hope to have a resolution shortly.

This problem should now be resolved. Please allow a couple of hours for all of the PayPal payments to be applied to your Vendio post-sale. If anyone continues to have trouble with this, please let us know immediately.
