Why can't I track this accepted SCO auction?
Tried both as an import and a track and neither worked. Got title error message instead. Now how can I combine this man's two orders and give the proper shipping discount through Vendio?
You will want to trigger your SCO's from Vendio directly whenever possible, so you don't have to run an import to bring it into your account.
Triggering an 'import' right after you submit the SCO to the buyer should bring the item into your account. Unfortunately the 'track' option for manually importing already-closed listings is currently offline and unavailable for use. The engineering team is working to correct this issue asap.
From here, since it is your first time using it, click the 'enable Second Chance Offers' link found within to get started.
Then you will be able to send your SCO's directly from your Vendio account, which means the items will track automatically and you won't need to manually import anymore.
