Is it possible to remove an ebay auction account on Vendio and set it up to use a different ebay account or do I have to create a whole new Vendio account to do this.
If you no longer need to manage your existing eBay ID from this account, just change the one you have stored currently from the My Account page. Click the Auction Site Accounts link found within and remove your old ID, then store your new one.
If you want to manage both ID's from Vendio, you would want to open a new Vendio account instead to manage the second ID.

I tried to do that but it is telling me I have a vendio account for the other user id and thus will not allow me to use this account for that ebay site. Initially I did set one up but then I closed it as I wanted to use this main account as I am merging 2 ebay accounts shortly. Can you check and make sure it is closed so I can use the id on this account. The vendio id for the account that was supposed to be closed is desert1.
The account IS closed, but we do have users contact us when they try to store an ID that was in another account to help keep fraud to a minimum.
We have moved the eBay ID from your closed Vendio account over to this one instead.
You will need to update the ID to store the token on file, by clicking the 'edit' link beside the currently stored ID in your Auction Site Accounts page.

One auction is posted. Can you tell me why the squaretrade is not showing up on the listing. I do have it checked to include SQ trade logo.

Yes it is showing the correct user id on Sq trade but when I click the link showing on an old auction page from before it takes me to sq trade with the new user id. It is not showing up on the new auctions at all though.
Try visiting this page to verify that you have your eBay account linked to squaretrade properly so they can include the logo automatically in your listings.
