Hi, I don't think I'm doing anything different from the last several years, but the last few days 2 or 3 copies of each ebay listing appear in the Pending category, even after one has been successfully launched. It's not a big problem, but it IS an annoyance to go back and delete the duplicates. What might have happened?

Hello,

This can happen when you use the back button during the process of creating and previewing listings. Please be sure not to use the back button, and let us know if you continue to have trouble with this.

Regards,
Nathan

Thanks Nathan for reply, Instead of email, I'll post this so all can see. I get the Microsoft "this page can not be displayed" during the return from "view supersized image" during listing previews, and I need to hit refresh and close error box to get back to the normal preview. If I don't view supersize there is no problem, but many times I need to see how legible it will be. No problems on actual ebay listing, just the preview. Cache is clean. I'm using XP with Internet Explorer 7. Mike

Hello Mike,

When you say you get this error "during the return", what exactly do you mean? Do you get the error after clicking on the image in order to see the supersized image? Or do you see the supersized image and then click "Back to Previous Page" and get this error? What is the exact action that you take before getting this error?

Please try using a different browser to see if it will also give you this same problem. For example, try using Mozilla Firefox. Please let us know the results.

Regards,
Nathan

Hi Nathan, I'll look at the supersized image, and when I click "Back to Previous Page", I'll then get the error message. I just downloaded Firefox (never used it before & don't know anything about it), and the item I just listed previewed & went to ebay just fine. Maybe this Firefox will be my salvation; I'll need to mess with it more and try some other applications. I've just not wanted to take the time & trouble to learn someting new before. It was not much either t. or t. Thanks, Mike
