The last announcement was yesterday, announcing that the routing problems have been resolved and that we would experience no further problems. Clearly, there were serious outages today with no acknowledgments from Vendio. How can we manage our business if we are not given accurate, or given deceptive information from our hosting provider? Please give us accurate updates!

Hello pixiamom,
As we were reconfiguring our system today to ensure stability, there were a couple of brief, unexpected blips (which again affected a small percentage of customers and only lasted a few minutes. ) These were side-effects of changes we were making and were not planned, and because they were so brief we did not have time to announce them as they happened.
We do believe that the changes today have increased redundancy and there should be no further service interruptions on any routes into the Vendio servers.

Most of my bids come in the first few hours of listing or the last few hours of listing. Vendio was anything but stable today. Had I been notified, I would not have listed anything. Shame on you!
