I can't seem to get catagory #64482. On the catagory select page when listing it just won't show up. Please advise. Some of the other catagories seem to be working.

Hello,

This is not a 'leaf' category on eBay, it is a title category for which there are many subcategory options available. You must choose from one of the subcategories when they are available.

Thanks for the reply. Yes being an 8 year member and posting about 700 auctions a week I realize that. Maybe I'm not a great communicator because everytime I have a problem you guys treat me like I'm clueless. Let me try again. I know how it's supposed to work. It's not working. When I choose the 'title catagory' the 'leaf catagories' don't show up. Furthermore when I choose an item I have profiled in that catagory it gets stuck on the catagory page. I can't post sports mem and related items. Other catagories (i.e. collectables) are working fine. The one I'm trying to use and have used 1000's of times this same way is not working.

Hello,

Sorry for the confusion, most users don't reference the category number unless thats the one they are trying to select.


Have you tried simply clearing your browsers temporary internet files, and then restarting to see if that clears up the issue? Typically this only happens when there are caching issues with AOL users because of the way they access the internet, but if you force refresh the page a few times (CTRL+F5) that should bring up your category options without error.

Thanks. I'm not an AOL user but the issue seemed to resolve itself within 15 minuutes of my second post. My greater concern was what seemed to be a lack of communication. As others have posted on here as well it almost looks like you're ignoring the questions you can't answer or don't want to. I waited 3 DAYS till finally I had to post the question marks just to get any kind of response. I'm not trying to be difficult but that is really poor service. I didn't get a private message, the only thing that showed up in my email was my Vendio Invoice. If you are having problems or don't know what the problem is or are working on it please just answer the question stating that. I would have been perfectly fine with 'I don't know but we are looking into it' or even 'everything is working it is possibly on your end' or even 'keep trying and hope for the best'. This is not the first time my questions have been ignored and I have seen several other posts saying the same thing. Do you recomend me calling the toll-free number when I have a technical issue?
