Am never quite sure what price to place in shipping of combined orders.
Do you have some step by step instructions? Have shorted myself quite a few times thinking something was automatically being charged for shipping when in fact it wasn't. Am I supposed to write the total ship cost on that line on the combined invoice (assuming that Vendio doesn't automatically combine the ship costs?)
I know enough to click on CHARGE AND then to write the reason, rather than the other option.
DIRECT SALES are even more confusing when it comes to combined invoicing.
If you are manually combining your listings you can enter the combined shipping cost after selecting the listings and clicking the "Combine" button. At this point, select the "Use the following shipping and handling settings for the entire order" option under "Shipping & Handling". Then fill out the shipping information exactly as you would like the entire combined order to be charged.
If you continue to have trouble with this, please provide a specific example so that we can take a closer look.
