A quick question about creating a new Template. If you change your TOS in the new template, does it change the TOS in your active listings, store listings and pending listings with a different template?
I'm trying to change the look of my auctions and my terms of sale for future listings, no active listings.

That is true UNLESS you have created a template using "Logo" images as the graphic images (as opposed to "images" - there are three check boxes under accent graphics). If you swap out the images called "Logos" (I think they are called Logo 1, Logo 2 and Logo 3) your existing listings will display the new logo image.
