I am trying to enter an address for a buyer who paid via money order. Your system keeps telling me the address and zip are not a valid combination but they are. I verifed it on USPS. Why am I not able to enter the information in step 2?
What is the item number in question this is happening on?
Please add the buyers details to the notes field for this item so we can test it for you (and so we aren't listing them here in the online message center.)
