When I'm doing a bunch of re-lists, every once in a while, I change something and want to preview it. If I do that, then when I come out of it, it wipes out the rest of the re-lists I have to do. The ones I've done are still in my pending, but the ones I hadn't gotten to disappear. Could you please look into this. It's highly annoying.

Hello,

The next time you preview an item in the middle of relisting multiple items, try clicking on the back button once to get out of the preview screen (rather than clicking the "Return" button from the preview screen). Then proceed as normal. Please let us know if you continue to have trouble with this after following those steps.

Regards,
Nathan

Dear Nathan:

Same situation happens to me also. I re-list several items from my closed listings and as I proceed to edit the first listing and continue to the next, the next listings in line are gone and dumps me back to the auction manager page. This has been happening for about a month. Each listing has to be "clicked" individually then edited and back to the main closed auction listings page to continue with another listing.

Thank You, Paul

Hello Paul,

Did you try following the steps that I provided above? Everything should work correctly for you if you follow those steps. If it does not, please let me know in exactly what way it is not working for you when following those steps.

Regards,
Nathan

Dear Nathan:

I have tried your steps and it will work. However, it is a very slow process. (I'm on a cable modem) Why is the return tab not functioning the way it was before ? This is redundant and adds far more time and clicking through pages to edit. It is not a fix. It is actually faster to just edit listings one by one. Please correct this function.

Thank You, Paul

I complained about this very thing last week, only to be told to use the back button.
Vendio must have a bug in the programming because this is a new problem.
It is a pain in the neck to use the back button, as this often loses the vendio connection.
Please correct this problem, and it IS a problem!
Thank you

Nathan, could you please respond to your vendio customers.
The workaround for this problem does not always work.
I am also having to relist my unsold items one by one!
This is not what I pay for.
I guess you want your loyal customers to find other services!

Hello,

I have escalated this to our engineers. We are actively evaluating the issue and hope to have a resolution shortly. In the meantime, you can work around the problem by clicking once on the back button on your browser, instead of clicking once on the "Return" button, from the preview screen. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. Thank you for your patience.

Regards,
Nathan

Hello,

Your in luck rubys100, there is a preview option that does not lose your place in the bulk edit-relist process.

Use the 'Full Preview' button just below the template preview section while editing during multiple relists.

This will pop open a new window with the preview inside, which you can then close and simply click to return or save the changes at the bottom when finished.

Christopher

Hi Christopher, thank you for the workaround.
It is certainly better than the back button which often loses the vendio connection.
