Normally if I need to update an image, I can simply upload the revised file and I'll have the option to save the upload as a different name or to overwrite the existing file.

I tried to do that this evening and got a simple error that the file could not be automatically overwritten and the upload failed.

What's up?

I am sorry but I am unable to replicate what you have discribed. Can you walk us through the exact steps you are taking to get the error?

Hello,

We were able to replicate this error in your account using that exact image (the one you mentioned in your email) - but the same image in a different account doesn't produce the error.

If you run into this on others please let us know. For now we have passed this along to the engineering team to check into further.
