How do I turn that off in my listings?
It's on all of my listings and informs the buyer to read my description. I'm tired of that on there and would like it turned off. I have clicked on every button in My Account and can't find it.
Do you mean in the eBay shipping section of the listing? In order to show the shipping cost here (instead of a note for the buyer to see the item description) you will need to specify shipping costs for eBay checkout. In order to specify shipping costs for eBay checkout for future new listings you will first need to edit the inventory item. You may do this by first selecting the inventory item to edit. Then go to the "Site Specifics" tab and edit the "Checkout" section. Then select "I am specifying shipping costs for eBay checkout" and save the changes.
Or do you mean the image that appears at the top left of your listings that directs your buyers to your listing description? This is the eBay preview image. You can change what image is used here by going to "My Account" --> "eBay" (below "Site Specifics" ) --> scroll down to the "Photo Preview" section and select a new photo preview option.
If you are seeing "see my description" in a different part of your listings, please be specific about where you are seeing it. It would also be helpful if you would provide a specific listing number that is having this problem, so that we can take a look.
Regards,
Nathan
