can i import pending listing to my computer ??
Reason : i do pictures and attach it to a none complete description , my partner in Germany do the description but it take long to do it on line !! so can he import pending listing to his computer ??? i bet this is a first for you , thanks for a enswer, jack.

Hello Jack,
Items that you create online in the pending section are not available to download and edit in Sales Manager Pro - however, items that you create in inventory ARE. When your done with your part, save the item to inventory (there is a check box at the bottom of the listing form to do this.)
If you would like to import your online inventory into Sales Manager Pro, you will first need to download your inventory into a .csv file. Here is the link that will allow you to download your online inventory:

Stupid question , you say that we can download from SMPRO , do i run SMPRO ??? i am with you sinse 1999 !!! and dont know the different if there is any , jack.

Hello Jack,
I do not believe your using SMPRO, but from the sounds of it your partner is - or at least thats what I thought you were trying to say when you mentioned how it would take too long to do online.
If you both just work from the regular online Sales Manager tools, then no worries at all. Just save your item in the pending section and your partner will also see it be able to work on it from the pending section, no need to download any files as mentioned in the directions above.

Let me try again to make it clear i found out that i use SMPRO i do pictures and a very short description and send it to pending my patner like to be able to download what i do to his computer and to complete the auctions then send it back to pending , now he do it on line and to do 250-300 items a week it take very long on line , can he download pending to his computer ??? if yes what he have to do ?? thank again for trying to help , jack.
You cannot download pending listings from the online tools into the Sales Manager Pro software.
You could however save the batch your working on, and email the batch to your partner and have them open it and complete it as needed.
When in Pro and you click to 'save batch as' just save it somewhere that you can find it easily like your desktop, then go into your preferred email program and attach it to an email to your partner.
They can then use the 'open batch' and navigate to this saved file.
