I would like to make a full backup of my templates, auction description, pictures, etc to my local computer.
How can I do it?
Obviously I don't feel very comfortable when Vendio's main database is crashing.
I have enabled the "export" function in SMIE for you, so you can export your inventory to an Excel file. You'll see the export button at the top of your inventory list.
As for backing up images and templates, the easiest way to do this is to use SM Pro. You can synch the images down to your hard drive (otherwise you have to save them one by one) and the templates will be saved to SM Pro as well.
You will find more information and the SM Pro download link here:

Would it be possible for you to do this for me too, please? With 11,000 listings, it would be nice to have a back up.

I too have been looking for this answer/option. Countless hours in 1000s of listings. It would be wise for me to back-up in case of a catastrophe. I also have been considering working off-line editing and creating new listings for upload to Vendio with Excel. Please advise.
